Elisa began her career in Pastry at the Michelin starred restaurant Takashi in Chicago while earning her B.A.S. in Hospitality Management - specializing in Event Planning & Culinary Arts.
Since then, Elisa has successfully skilled herself as a Fine Dining & Hospitality expert.
She has lent her talents to several acclaimed restaurants, and has assisted in opening many others; including RM Champagne Salon in Chicago. While at RM working alongside esteemed Sommelier Jason Wagner and Creative Marketing minx Mel Muoio, Elisa discovered how to combine her enthusiasm for style, food, design, and wine!
Most recently, Elisa has become an alumna of the Sommelier Society of America, and is now, very proudly a Certified Sommelière.

At Home Soigné is a boutique Event Styling & Coordination company based in New York City which Elisa founded in the spring of 2016. Inspired by her fine dining work experiences, culinary travels and career advancements, Elisa quickly Mastered The Art of Living.
